ERCI Attains Singapore Quality Class - March 2008

We are very pleased to announce that ERCI has recently been awarded the coveted Singapore Quality Class for Private Education Organisations (SQC – PEO) status.

The SQC (PEO) certification recognises the capacity and capability of a private school to deliver quality education.

According to the SPRING website,

“The Singapore Quality Class (SQC) for Private Education Organisations, SQC-PEO is a scheme to recognize PEO that have attained a commendable level of performance in their journey to business excellence and to assist them to reach world-class standards of business excellence. It is based on the Singapore Quality Award Business Excellence Framework and requirements in the private education sector. Administered by SPRING Singapore, the SQC-PEO scheme serves as the industry standard for organisation excellence in the private education sector.”

The full-day SQC (PEO) audit provides a rigorous assessment by three senior internal (from SPRING) and external assessors of ten categories including Leadership, Planning, Information, People, Processes, Customers, Results, Prequalification Criteria as well as Benchmarks.

Only a very small percentage of the more than one thousand PEOs in Singapore have achieved this endorsement and we are indeed happy to say that ERCI is one of the youngest private schools to receive this prestigious certification.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our students, lecturers, suppliers and partners for their past and continued support.
